I voted for Harvick on this one too, for the same reason as Stan. But due to that same reason, he would also get my vote for who would get 86'd from the series as well.

According to the Official NASCAR Rule Book, Rule 12-4-A, "actions deemed as detrimental to stock car racing", NASCAR should be fined and put on probation.
