125 gearbox TMK8 on 39mm carb problem

Hi all

I was testing my gearbox kart for the first time today when i came across a strange problem!!!, the kart pulls strong in 1st/2nd 3rd etc, but when changing down then hitting the throttle again it bogs down and seems really slow to the point it stalls....seems it does not want to rev, then I drop down to first and after a while it revs up again, is this

a. me not keeping the rev's high?
b. Wrong oil/fuel mix, I mixed @ 25-1
c. something else
d. Air leak?
e. me not changing gear properly
f. gearing wrong for track *I was at Shennington*
g. Crap spark plug?

Sounds like either an air leak or maybe wrong jetting.

It also could be something in the needle & seat. Sounds like the float isn't working right. Clean the carb out. Either that or the jetting is waaaaaaay off.
