Seems Garth Tander has told Rusty he is interested in a team management role post driving & its been picked up by Speedcafe:

Garth would make a good public face and I'd imagine be strong in the commercial aspects, but team management is a tough gig.

Gary is getting on and last time I saw him looked rather frail. He also doesn't live in Melbourne, so I'd think it might be time for a DJRTP-style succession plan.

Garth can afford to buy a chunk of equity in the team...

As the article suggests, Barry would probably move over to look after Garry's other businesses and take an overall boss type of role in the team, with GT more a day to day stuff type team manager I suspect.
