Hope so

Interestingly I just got an email from Supercars telling me there are still 100 sites available and when I checked I can see a numbe rof powered sites now available that weren't there to choose from on "Black Friday".

So for anyone still wanting power.....options now seem to be available.

I'm flying over from the UK for a couple of weeks to watch it for first time, I went to the 12 hour a couple of years ago but I cannot wait for this!

Hey Joe, awesome to read this. Major thing about going to the 1000 in October is it'll be four seasons in one day so grab warm clothing for the mornings and late afternoons/nights. During the day it'll be fairly warm so good shirt weather. Also pack at least a rain-proof jacket because when it rains, it pours and punters nearly drown.

You say that, but first day of the 12 hours I needed my coat on. It felt a bit like Silverstone

Make sure that you walk the track Joe - walking it really helps you understand how steep, challenging and in places how narrow it is.

Sure others will chime in too but the museum at Murrays corner is well worth a visit too.

Spend a day to viewing from all areas of the track. LOVE the top of the mountain across McPhillamy and Brocks Skyline.

Go to the museum if you have time. I generally go Monday

Walk the track after a day of racing.

Take a helicopter view of the track, dont video it as I did. Just look and enjoy.

Im sure there is plenty others but flatout trying the think. My mind is clouded

Assuming he runs as a co-driver post 2018, does this mean according to Supercars and his Manager he will have more farewell tours than John Farnham?

I think the only disappointing thing about Bathurst is thats its the only BIG NAME event that doesnt get the after race concerts. I would LOVE to see some large music act at the end of the days racing.
