Is there any danger of a future UK round?

But of course that smaller makes could have other drawbacks... less sell-able to sponsors and pay-drivers, maybe not as good a platform, unavailability of a 2-liter-turbo engine, etc...

Almost none.
TCR know that there is little point targeting countries that already have a strong local series. Same reason we no longer have a UK WTCC round.

Thats a real shame.

I think I prefer the look and ethos of TCR more than the NGTC regs which the BTCC is currently running to.

Or made the wheel openings sort of round. That front fender alone has 23 curves in it already...

I wonder if it is purely a test mule and they aim to change the kit significantly during/after testing. It seems strange to not even both painting it and to just throw a couple of stripes across it.

I'll hold out hope that they are going to at least paint it a solid color, which should help.

Nice to see a car that I at least care a little bit about on the grid though. While I have enjoyed the racing, Seats and VWs and Civics do absolutely nothing for me, so I haven't really had a car to cheer for.

Is there any coverage this weekend? Nothing listed on Motors TV and BT Sport are only showing the GT, F3 and superbikes.
