Wow... If that's the case, that is exceptionally low even for our old mate DJ.

Although in saying that DJ's "going to" list is fairly extensive. Going to run an NZV8 this year, going to run at Bathurst, going to pay that bill.

His listed address is as per the companies office records.

I did have a report that he was living in a real classy motel in Mangere... Which is a slightly different affair to the beach side accom as the companies office have.

I wonder when "leaving the country" will be added to his "going to" list.

Errr... do they have to lodge a prospectus with Companies House before offering such an amazing offer to the general public?

TKR Brand Ltd
Incorporation date Jan 2012.

As it wasnt incorporated until last month, if someone purchased shares back in 2010 as per their offer what happened to their shareholding ?

There are no rules as far as DJ is concerned, because he lives in his own little world. Most of us would call that a world of "fantasy".

I wonder whether the IP of TKR has shifted to this new entity (which isn't subject to the luidation application.)... Certainly looks that way.

It's the old shuffle isn't it; when the existing house of cards is about to fall down, build a new one.

I assume it was private.
It was forwarded to me as an email attachment, headed

TKR PROVIDE EXCLUSIVE OPPORTUNITY FOR SUPPORTERS TO OWN A PIECE OF NZ MOTORSPORT HISTORY.

Please see attached a very special offer for your perusal:

All proceeds go towards providing further motorsport opportunities for up and coming Kiwi drivers crew and staff under the TKR banner.

Give me a call if you are interested.

Remember first 500 to secure this opportunity get a TKR Drivers Jacket worth $250 as a quick start bonus.

Has anyone seen the restored tribute commodore to JR completing it's national tour to raise money for JR's family?

Or is this another sorry chapter in the TKR saga, which appears to involve using a tragic situation to suck more money out of sponsors.

If this is actually happening, then I'm horrified what DJ will do to get ahold of money. Personally I do not, for one second, believe this is a sincere effort where all funds will be forwarded to the family.

But he can spin a tale, and people believe him. Unbelievable!!!!!

If this indeed so then a family friendly forum like this cannot really be the venue to say what I really think of people who would do this. Someone needs to sit DJ down and read him the riot act, no ifs no buts no excuses, this kind of behaviour (if true btw) cannot be tolerated.

Sure he's hurt people in the past and thats not good but this is the lowest of low. Words fail me.

If he hands over the monies raised to the Richards family then that'll be the right thing but knowing DJ's history I'm not convinced that'll happen.

I'm surprised someone hasnt taken matters into their own hands already, not that Im condoning violence or anything similar but some people like to even up the ledger their own way.

The application to liquidate TKR was withdrawn this morning. It's probably safe to assume they came to some arrangement.

And that's what the p_ _ _ k does; he won't pay until you drag him up to the courthouse door.

I bet he didn't pay.
If the tradition of the team is to be maintained... it will be the drip feed deal... couple a bucks now, the rest in instalments.
Sealed by yet another of those "confidential payment agreements".

Nothing new here.

Perhaps for some lucky young "Development driver"

About the only things DJ "developes" are frustrations and disappointments, not to mention unpaid bills. But haven't you heard this before?
