i agree but the Intersport of later years is not the most reliable car (perhaps because it is driven balls to the wall). i love watching Jon at the starts, especially in person. nobody comes thru traffic as he does, but the car usually fades before the end of first hour, NO MATTER who is behind the wheel.

That Mazda flies! Will be interesting to see if the P2's can stay on the tails of the V8 AER turbo and Acura.

Well it seems they are confused in London as the practice is on Radio Le Mans Extra it seems. This is the new RLM extra feed.

Any idea why Hindy isn't on for this practice session?

Field is just 0.2 off of Brabs right now, and Guy Smith has the #16 in third.

Amend that, Field takes point!

05 and 88 are missing in Challenge. Is this a timing bug or are they having problems?

Chris

@Purist: That I do not know. Sorry.

I do not use VLC but I believe it is just a copy and paste operation. Check here for more, maybe there is a specific instruction for it.

Well, at least now I'm getting "Midweek Motorsport" over the player link in the opening post of this thread. Hopefully they'll be back to normal for practice and qualifying this afternoon.

I'm hoping the other guys find more time against Gil de Ferran. It looks like the #12 picked up 5-6 seconds compared to yesterday, unless they didn't let Chris behind the wheel yesterday.

Yeah, Radio Le Mans default player was down, and Radio Le Mans Extra saved the day. Hindhaugh said that RLM was carrying practice by the end of the session. Either way you only need the SpeedTV stream this afternoon as the session is over now. Everything should be okay for warm up and the race is on SPEED.

I'd like to point out my own error - there is a practice session at 2 central, 3 eastern in addition to qualifying.

Don't beat me up for the triple post, but Pagenaud under 50 already.

Chris

3:20 Eastern: Just noticed Fernandez is really showing the teeth of the Acura ARX-01b. Running low 52, do they have enough to beat Dyson in qualifying?

3:21 Eastern: Power steering problems again for Acura yesterday?

3:25 Eastern: Smithy in the wall @ Hurry-downs?

3:31 Eastern: Will Guy make it out in time to grab P2 pole?

But what one team does, the next team does better. I can't pick a favorite for pole. Though I will be rooting on BMW.

Chris

3:55 Eastern: 48 car changing gearbox, will not qualify. It will be a heck of a battle to try and catch up to the Intersport car in the race.

Murry drops the Ford GT from 2:13s into the 2:08s!

I'm guessing the "old man" is in reference to Brabham.
