Now that Johnny's retired from F1, can anyone think of a driver that has suffered more misfortune than Johnny?
Personally, I always thought Johnny Dumfries as particularly unlucky to be paired alongside Senna in '86, as everything was built around the Brazilian, so he was hardly on a level playing field. However, given his priviliged background and vast fortunes, he'snot done too badly for himself... Or what about Del Boy Warwick? He seemed set to achieve Mansell-like success back in 1984-85, yet it never quite happened. Roberto Moreno is probably just as unlucky, so it's nice to see him get a proper chance to shine at Patrick Racing. |

Chris Amon - he was the unlucky one, wasn't he? I seem to recall reading that he was always close to winning but never quite managed it.
