Does EuroF3000 differ from International much? I know they use the same cars tires and engines, but are the testing and tech rules the same and stuff?

Actually they dont use the same cars, they use the old Lola B99/50 - the cars that were used up until the end of 2001 in the Internatioal F3000 series. The tyres are the same although the engines in Euro F3000 only produce 420bhp I belive and F3000 produce 460bhp.
As for the testing, and technical regulations I belive they are the same, both use sequnetial gearboxes, and dont have power steering and have no traction control or launch control I belive they also have a 6 speed gearbox rather than a 7 speed gearbox like the F1 cars use. Im not sure about testing differnces though but I belive they have around the same kind of testing time as the International F3000 cars have. Last edited by SALEEN S7R; 9 Dec 2002 at 20:57. |

hi saleen, hi russfeld
for don't open another topic i put here also the provisional TWS calendar for 2003. ok? (for a clean forum, jejeje) jarama - spain zolder - belgium magny cours - france monza - italy estoril - portugal barcelona - spain valencia - spain curitiba - brasil or oscar galvez - argentina interlagos - brasil a ten race could be in asia (korea, dubai or macau) we pass of 5 races in spain to 3. i think this is the right way to become WS in a strong and real world series. jjjoseee I dont have any problems with u putting up a calender for the TWS, but if u want to get more responses for the TWS why not create a post about it? U will probably attract more people to talk about it as most people will think this is just about Euro F3000 because of the title of the thread.
Just a thought.. |

Yeah thats true, but the calender ive posted isnt finalised as of yet either, if u have followed the link u will see that. Still cant do any harm to post a provisional calender for the TWS as long as its clearly stated that its not the final list, just a provisional calender. Cant do any harm if its made clear like that can it?
Just a idea mate, wasnt being funny about it. Last edited by SALEEN S7R; 10 Dec 2002 at 00:00. |
