From what I have seen so far, they are being "raced" and there has so far been excellent conduct and no damage (save an incident at the first corner of Oulton Park last year in practice, lessons learnt me-hopes). The biggest issue has been getting some reliability with failure rate having been quite high in some races. But I'd suggest its probably to be expected given some of these cars haven't turned a wheel for 20+ years.

There is also someone well known to us who has two period GP1/1A Dolomite Sprints, one of which will hopefully make the track next year too!

2014 should be a cracking year for the series and will hopefully fire the imagination of other owners to bring further machines to the fore.

A great shame and probably what will eventually stop me from racing. I fear that even the humble Escort, that with enough money spent and in right hands can win races, will put others off. But you can't stop people from wanting to be competitive, just that some want to be more competitive than others and have the funds to do so.

The Spa Classic event will see Gp2 & GpA cars in same races as over 2litre Pre '66 AppK, so a 'race within a race'. Will be interesting to see if that works.

Heritage Touring Cup for next year with Spa being one of the event.

3 races/events with :

- Spa-Classic and the "spirit of francorchamps" enduro - 16-18 of May
- Dijon - Grand Prix de l'Age d'Or with normal format - 6-8 of June
- Castellet - Dix Mille Tours event with normal format - 3-5 of October

Spa format :

2 races of 60' min - Day & Night
1 Qualifying (Day) 40' min
2 untimed practice of 30' min each (Day & Night)

Normal format :

1 hour race, 40 min qualifying session and 30 min untimed session

Categories/classes welcomed :

- Pre 66' Over 2000cc
- 1969-1981 Group 1, Group 1B and Francorchamps
- Group 2 up to 1981 and Group 5 of 1968-1969 (which prefigured the Group 2)
- Group A (pre 85')
