2025 Team Launch & Testing
was debating on the need to even start this thread this season as all the teams were meant to be part of F1's 75th season anniversary launch day event with all teams, cars, and drivers at O2 Arena in London on February 18.
i had also assumed that this would just be a livery launch much the same as previous years individual team launches but that also may no longer be the case? Williams has now said they will also launch their car on February 14 with a special one off livery ahead of the main event and Vasseur has apparently also suggested that Ferrari have something of their own planned for the 19. https://www.skysports.com/f1/news/12...d-and-line-ups the list so far: Williams - Feb 14 - one off livery launch - location unknown All teams - Feb 18 - just livery (i assume) launch - O2 Arena Ferrari - Feb 19 - mystery event - location unknown Pre Season Testing dates: Feb 26 - 28 - Bahrain |

as this seems to be becoming a thing, pre season TPC test sessions so far:
Ferrari - Fiorano - Jan 20 or 21 (1 day weather dependant) Ferrari - Barcelona - have 4 days booked at the end of the month but will run on just 3 out of the 4 days all the days they will run on will be with Ham in either a 2022 or 2023 car. Haas - Jerez - Jan 15 with Bearman and Miyata (VF-23 for both?) and on the 16th with Ocon in the morning. my (incomplete) understanding the TPC rules: allowed a max of 1000km over a max of 4 days for each driver expected to be entered into the current season championship with no more than 20 test days allowed across all of their drivers. reserve and development drivers have no restriction (other than the 20 day max i assume). cars must be at least 2 years old. parts and sensors are restricted to what would have been allowed in the season the test car is coming from...basically no new parts or sensors allowed. |
