Single seaters, Angouleme

Happy new year to one and all.
Can anyone tell me what single seaters are allowed to race at Angouleme? I have looked at the website and I know Bugatti's are ok, and Alfa's this year plus the GT/GTS/GTP stuff but then it just says FFSA Single seaters??

What does that mean? any pre 75 car? only cars registered with the FFSA?
Any hints or clues? anyone?

Thanks.
