Showroom for new Australian competition vehicles

As I have just finished building my first dedicated competion car it has inspired me start a thread for people who have built cars for competion use as well as car recently purchased for competition use.
There are no restrictions on what type of vehicle it is, but it has to be something which has been built in the last six months and will be campained in Australia or if your lucky enough, oversea's.
All cars, bikes, offroad,speedway,sidecars.
A short rundown on the car would also be great.

Here is mine.
1998 MR2, 2.0ltr turbo(200rwkw), 5 speed, 1060kg(approx)
Classes: Production Sports, Super TT
Build time: 300= hrs over a 8 months
Builder: Myself with help from 3 friends
Cost: not much
Notes: I love the build and the drive as much as sitting on the hill enjoying the racing!

Thanks mildura.
In the near future. I have some work to do before I can compete. I tested yesterday and it was very nervous so there are handling issues.

Any more builders or recently aquired cars?

looks good, unfortunately mine doesn't fit into your criteria of "last 6 months", but it is a work in progress like most are - LOL

Its OK Trev, show us what your pride and joy!

Thanks Silver, the first day out simply made me aware of what not to do with certain aspects of setting up a car! It ran well, no leaks or break downs which was a relief, but the set up needs work.
Next run will be a lot better but 'my god' its loud with not an ounce of sound deadner! Its like playing a 100db stereo in a dust bin..

It is an XE, the XD's don't have the bit of bonnet (with the Ford logo on it) hanging down the front.

Don't take it to Lakeside then, there are a few neighbours of the track that would have heart attacks at the thought of having to listen to something louder than a puppy's fart.
I must say I like the colour scheme, can't wait to see some pics of it in action. Well done.

That is the whole reason it is an XE, the running gear came out of an XD ute (except the diff housing)
