Speedway didn't promote IndyCar other than putting some banners at racetracks.


Shell has a much wider advertising footprint. The Captain will probably require Shell to use it to promote IndyCar.

This is a really interesting article about the choices engine manufacturers are making while supplying the series. Tight supply lines right now make things even more difficult, but a third manufacturer could potentially open up the grid to even larger numbers.

An excellent article and thanks for posting.

Very interesting what Chevrolet's IndyCar programme manager Rob Buckner had to say. A shame Honda weren’t ready to discuss similar questions that were put to Chevy. As the engine manufacturer that supplied more full-time entries and Indy 500 cars than Chevrolet this season, I would really like to know what they have to say.
