New look to WRC Calendar?

www.rally-live.com/en reports that there could be a new look to the WRC calendar in 2003.

The proposed calendar is as follows.
Monte Carlo Rally January 24-26
Swedish Rally February 7-9
Safari Rally February 28-March 2
Rally of New Zealand April 11-13
Rally of Argentina May 9-11
Acropolis Rally June 6-8
Cyprus/Turkey Rally June 20-22
Deutschland Rally July 25-27
Rally Finland August 8-10
Rally Australia September 5-7
Sanremo Rally October 3-5
Tour de Corsica October 17-19
Catalonia Rally October 24-26
Rally of Great Britain November 7-9

i reckon the new calendar is sweet, atleast it wont be raining in nz like it always is.

I would have thought Australia and New Zealand would be next to each other. That's a long way to fly back and forth for one rally. And you might get more travellers to make the trip if they could see two rallies for their money.

I agree, i would have thought it would have been cheaper to have the two of them together.

As long as it starts with the Monte and Sweden and ends with the RAC i am happy
