MrTTraces should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
One driver - one engine rule pushed through by FIA

Today the FIA went ahead with its plans to limit one driver and one engine over the 3 day weekend.

The rule will not come into to force until 2004. Any driver who has an engine change (before the race) will be put back 10 places on the grid.

Also with immediate affect, race officals will have the power to put drivers qualifying positions further back, if they are involved in an incident and it was there fault (in the stewerts view) in the previous race.
