Marco94 should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Can anyone give me pointer to information about hte Solitude racetrack west of Stuttgart, Germany? Webstuff is OK, but especially books, magazine articles and results.

Thanks, Marco.

Most of the circuit still exists although part of the paved area had to be removed and planted with trees as an ecology balancing exercise. I did read an Article in Oldtimer Praxis - a german magazine from around August 1999. I will try to find you a link as I believe they have a website.

Solitude was featured recently in the excellent Motor Sport magazine series on classic tracks (p72-77 December 1999). It was fast, narrow, the track lined by trees. It never hosted a Championship GP but did have a number of F1 races until the 1960s.
