No big surprises for the livery of the car.

Midweek Motorsports on Twitter claims that the TS040 is in the 6mj class?! Typo or a real surprise?

Anyways, Toyota admits 1000bhp with all system & engine combined. If they admit that, how much power does it really have?

So let´s see…. if engine produced about 520-540 bhp , (hybrid 1) 300 bhp(last year value) and (hybrid 2) produces what? 150-180 bhp??

Not bad, I was worried they had done little testing but apparently they were pretty busy

According to https://twitter.com/specutainment/st...27514297073664 the engine displacement is increased from 3.4 to 3.7 liters.

Most likely it will go back to 3L, optimized and for more revs... hybrid power now must help the engine at mid/low regimes to, where the torque is weak ( no problem now they have more than double of 2013 with 8MJ)...

Officially 520 hp for the combustion engine and 480 hp for the electric motors.

This will be the year Toyota will be best prepared by far, last year they didn't even have two of the new cars ready for Spa.

This year, both cars have done 18.000 kilometers before the first WEC test even, a third of it has been done by the second car.
