I don't suppose you can have too much good news, so here's the latest. To be honest, I didn't realise Steven was still in a coma, but at least he's definitely out of it now.

The best news arrive!! Steven opens his eyes and he wants to speak, but he cannot for a surgery method in his trachea. Technically, he's out of coma!! Thanks every one for your prayers and now we're looking forward to see full Steven's recovery.

Anyone know how Steven's doing? There was a recent post on his Facebook group (in Spanish) that looked positive, but my Spanish isn't good enough to read it properly.

Unfortunately, the latest news from Steven's sister is not quite as good as I had hoped, although her attitude is still positive:

Hi thanks for your words of encouragement for my brother. my bro now presents movements in his arms and his legs but he still in a coma. we continue praying to god for his speedy recovery... and if god allow my brother will be back to the races soon.

Katheryn Guerrero
If I may respectfully say so, whilst we are getting ready for the Christmas holiday, we need to remember and pray for this young man and the battle is facing to recover. I realise that to many members Steven may be no more than a name you first heard of when this thread began. I will try to put a photo here soon so you can see who we are talking about.

Things have been very quiet for the last few months, but there is an encouraging report here.

I think anyone who understands these things would tell you that it was always going to be a long haul for Steven, but at least he's headed in the right direction.

It sounds like he still has a long road ahead of him, but it's encouraging to hear some positive news. I'll be thinking of him at Oulton next weekend.
