 Give me all the info you guys got on it, and nobody will get hurt!  Seriously, i know it was built by heyer before the actual grc regs were out and the its mid engined. I figure its a tube frame (i guess, i mean look at it) but i know little else. thanks

No, it was build along the lines still to-be-defined Group C rules. There could be a thread already opened around, IIRC, must check :-)
