Think he was interested in doing the BTCC as well? Could be a move there if WCTR doesn't work out...

Well, at least it should be difficult for him to find a drive in a team which is manufacturer supported. No manufacturer likes it when the driver says that they have a "shitty car" or something like that...

Based on Norbi's todays blog article, it seems the Honda doesn't want to give the N1/factory supported status for the M1RA, so might be an other team will be the N1 Honda team (and M1RA might run in an other series or with an other brand).

They would have made a good job... however Id prefer JAS to be Hondas premier team, and even if they build the car, so did the Subaru and Alfa teams in the last couple of seasons...

Man, by this Point Comini could run a kickstarter campaign for a drive.

The problem could be money related. I mean, Honda put the drivers in the team or pay them but M1ra should have found the sponsors for the car and the team... more or less like in Blancpain GT

Maybe and I say maybe, Honda found a better founded team for the program...

As you mention JAS is not able to be, bacause they build the cars.

I think it's them or ROAL.
Didn't they have some backing from Honda Europe last season?

I'd rather see Coronel in a ROAL Hyundai than in a Boutsen Honda. Boutsen is a great team, but JAS Honda's have never convinced me...

Top Run build and ran the Subaru, Romeo Ferraris build and ran the Alfa. Does JAS belong to Honda? Otherwise I dont see the point of the argument.

Roal is focussing on the GT program with BMW. It sounds no WTCR for them...

Also for sentimental reasons. ROAL and Coronel = WTCC

Chris Richard most likely in third Boutsen Civic
BUT
Car isn't ordered yet, and also JAS maybe won't be able to deliver any new Civic's to WTCR season start.

Glad they’ve got the grid filled with plenty of time to spare. Here’s to a great season

That's a possibility, Tiago already did some TCR Benelux with Boutsen-Ginion.
