Steve Gibson should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Glad you enjoyed it, Unfortunately the club could not hold it's word over a fiver for each marshal but this was because they forgot to get some fiver's and had to give everyone a £10 note instead then they added a £5 food voucher and a marshals draw, Then they treated everyone to aas well.
As above a great weekend to those who want to enjoy them selves you need to try a CSCC meeting sometime

Many thanks to all the marshalls at this event, I know you all coulda gone to that other 'clubbie' at Silverstone.

Sadly I never made the finish of my race (Mustang - swinging '60's race) but at least I broke it in the pitlane saving you guys & gals having to push it

Echo the thanks to you all, when there was so much else going on down south! A great circuit to drive and enjoy, a must do on the calendar. So pleased to be able to do the full circuit again, makes the drive up from Dorset worth the 6 and a half hours! See you next year.

Great Big Thank You!

Huge thanks to all those friendly and cheerful marshals and other support staff who helped us run such a great meeting atr Cadwell.

It was a privilege and very educational to be on Post 14 with Ken on Saturday

I will be writing a piece in the next Club Newsletter suggesting all drivers go on post at least once - maybe all ARDS should get a marshalling signature in their first three signatures??

Pleased you all enjoyed it too and big waves from us all!

The Sweeper should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid

Well I could have gone to another event to marshal, taken two days off work got paid £5 a day and got bored sh**less for several hours. Instead I did the CSCC meet at Cadwell. Got paid £10 a day had no days off work, got a free beer at then end and was subjected to some fabulous racing and fabulous cars. Many thanks to the club this is what motorsport is about. Wish I had done both days now.

Thanks again I had a cracking day grommit.

Many thanks for those kind words Sarah . It was a pleasure to spend the day with you and would agree with your sentiments about drivers benefitting from a day on the bank It was a fantastic weekend and many thanks to you and the CSCC for putting on a great show. My beer tasted even sweeter (bitter??) on Sunday night Come back soon!!

Thanks to everyone who made this meeting a success! Much appreciated by all, and sorry our race produced it's fair share of incidents - Tin Tops on Saturday - 2 red flags reduced a 40 minute race to just a little over 20.

However, I don't mind at all, since we got 3rd place and a class win

Well done to Sarah as well for volunteering to go on post! We couldn't manage it ourselves, but my co-driver's mum volunteered on startline/assembly, and I think she rather enjoyed it
