Well where do we start?

Pestilence - we have that
War - we have plenty of those of varying kinds
Famine - although the way it is written in the Bible sounds more like hyper-inflation and social division between the wealthy and the poor

behold, a black horse; and he who sat on it had a pair of scales in his hand. And I heard something like a voice in the center of the four living creatures saying, "A quart of wheat for a denarius, and three quarts of barley for a denarius; but do not damage the oil and the wine."

And finally Death.

How many more Horsemen do you need?

Think I follow that.....

Cliff R and I have been discussing a Bob Tullius Gp44 Transam XJS coming up for auction at Amelia Island next w/end. Mega cool, but Cliff dug up this pic af another (sister?) car at Silverstone Classic a few years ago. JDC (as they were) were running it. No need to mention the even cooler Escort in the foreground...

Yes I wondered if the Silverstone one was a replica. Tulliis started with a TR8 IIRC.

Bob Tullius started racing in a TR3 & worked his way through TRs & various other marques, including Lotus Cortina & E Types. He also competed in the very first Trans Am in a Dodge Dart - I happened to speak to one of his mechanics from that race on Friday who is at Sebring with the Historic Trans Am - small world.

Sorry picture isn’t up to Baub’s standard but has two mega cool cars in it - especially the yellow one in front

Maybe we could start a crowd funding campaign on here and put a bid in

The media having been banging on about a possible so-called "Boris bump"! Is this the bump that they were expecting?

Re the coronatrucmuche, Le Louvre is closed today. Sadly, so is my favorite chinese restaurant! The positive side is that we're doing better than the German, 100 vs 79! Go Frankreich, go!

What song do you sing to time the 20secs for washing your hands? I know some rugby songs.

We had more than you! We went to a local beer festival, tried lots of local beers & ate chips! I came home with some bottles of a nice brew called Titanic, brewed in Hesdin.

There's been information about various auctions of historic & classic vehicles in the past, but this one is for some of the more mundane "classics" of the 70's, 80's 7 90's and, it's fair to say, a lot of them are not in the best of condition. The motorbikes & cars start on page 3, with the first two pages being of interesting junk!

https://www.easyliveauction.com/cata...?currentPage=1

For those that know the SniffPetrol website, they have a linked Smith & Sniff Youtube channel and visited the auction showroom recently if you have a spare 45 minutes

Bonjour, Alfaholics, always a pleasure to read from you!

Hey John, promised I didn't google it but let me try what could be a local joke about this particular beer: Titanic, la bière qui coule… Ã* flots!

Yes I saw the Figaret stickers but couldn't guess the year. What about being returning customers, there's still room for good cars/drivers in this grid. Spa would welcome your Cibié lights!

I do remember the test, first driving licence was for motorcycles. My instructor was totally nuts and a great petrol head! Not easy to follow him in the trafic with a 350 Jawa. I even seized the engine during a speed exercice… But it looks like yesterday at least!

John I ignore if your planed a visit to one of the most relaxed and sympathetic classic show in Reims said Salon Champenois du véhicule d'époque, but because of the coronatrucmuche dates have changed, 7 March becomes 9 May. Even the sales of a famous mexican beer are going down. Crazy planet!

Never ridden a bike, so not done that one. I took my test in a nice warm Fiat 850 - it was a bitterly cold day with a few snowflakes. Thus began my love affair with Italian cars & I've owned them continuously since 1971.

I wonder what surprise Alfa Romeo will be announcing at 4.30 this afternoon?
