Triple J Motorsport should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Spectrum car to race in the UK?

The Borland Racing Team are hoping to bring over their Spectrum cars for the Carnival, Festival and the WHT.

Info from Peter Alexander's excellent website

Must cost a bit to convert the car to a UK legal spec (wheels, dampers, calipers, exhaust?) and shipping etc...

As soon as the Borland team saw the announcement on the leading FF1600 website that the Festival was to be for Kent cars in 2005 the team contacted the editors of the site. The editors then put the team in touch with Steve Burns and Bob Bassett, and I believe that they have worked through the necessary technical changes in order to comply with the relevant regulations in force in this country. The process has been going on for some time now, although there is frustration Down Under at the apparent lack of decision making as to whether the Festival is to be an 1800cc or 1600cc event...
