I was called out yesterday by a lady who informed me that she was the proud owner of a 1988 Corolla that had been in her garage for 3 years solid without ever having been turned over and could I come and get the old chariot on the road. Needless to say I approached the job with some degree of trepidation and fully armed with enough Snap-On gear to start a shop. When I opened the garage to my dismay the motor was buried underneath what appeared to be Steptoes junkyard. Afer clearing away the debris I popped the bonnet and whacked in a charged up battery, jumped in the car,turned the key and after about three revs it gave an almighty cough and fired up. Wot a result! The only problem I had was seized on rear brakes where the handbrake had been applied during it's confinement. I reversed out the garage and shot down the local gas station to stick some air in the tyres and it went like s**t off a shovel. Is this a record or do you know different?

I'm not sure it's possible, but I think my typing is actually getting worse

But then it could be this wireless keyboard with flat batteries. yes, thats a better excuse.
