Le Mans 1958 - Belgium Knobbly Lister
Hi Everyone
It seems not many photos were taken of the Belgium Knobbly Lister from Le Mans in 1958 ( Drivers : Claude Dubois / Freddy Rouselle ). I am trying to find any photos taken of the car from the back, I am building a model and need to know if the Green over body stripe fanned out at the back like at the front and if it ran with the rear cover over the spare wheel underneath. Gary,
There is a photo of this car in Janos Wimpffen's "Open Roads and Front Engines" - page 255. It seems to show that the stripe remains of a constant width all the way back. You can't see the spare wheel. I'll look for some more pictures at home tonight. |
