There is no double file restarts after safety cars (thankfully), there will be a rolling start to the second 60km race on Saturday though.

Cars will closer together than on a standing start - grid markings have a 19 metre spacing - cars bunched up on a rolling start likely to be closer together than that.

For sure less chance of stalling but it also tends to mean higher entry speeds into the first corner with cars closer together.

I'm not a fan as to me standing starts are one of the skills of the job, plus rolling starts can be quite a mess, with some straggling, others not lined up right etc. but they're here and we'll see how it rocks next year.
