Do WPS get the garage position where CPR finish in the championship, if so would they be 4th after SBR, GMR, PWR or does Perkins retain the slot?

Based on the franchise positions as at right now: (i.e. before the Eastern Creek round)
1st SBR 2nd Kmart 3rd PWR 4th WPS (nee CPR) 5th HRT 6th LMS 7th BJR 8th GRM 9th DJR 10th FPR (Likely grouped as 3 with JBR/IMS) 11th Tasman 12th 888 13th PLR/CPR (nee WPS) 14th PMM/TKR 15th CPR (nee PWR)/CPR (nee RNR) 16th SER/Romano 17th Dynamik |

The rule states that the finishing position of the driver of each team shall determine garage allocation. If the driver leaves the team the position remains as is with the replacment driver taking that position. So if Murph wins the championship then Kmart will get the garage next to pit lane exit and Garth Tander should be in that garage and Murph ends up in the fifth garage. As of the standings from Symmons it should look a bit like this.
SBR Kmart PWR CPR (using WPS/??) HRT Orrcon BJR GRM DJR FPR Tasman 888 TOLL/RNR (Castrol 7) PMM/TKR Ellery/PWR Single (not sure who is using) DODO WPS Bright (IMS/??)(2 car team ??) |

This could change once all the single franchises work out who is going to pay the best for the use of teams that need additional franchises to run their teams like CPR, Bright and whereever PWR single (car 43) ends up.
