10 years of Martin Donnelly Racing
Martin asked me to paint this montage last year to give to his father for his birthday just before Christmas.
Team MDR celebrated its 10th anniversary in 2002 and some of the cars and drivers run by Martin are shown in the painting. In the centre is Mario Haberfeld in his F3 Dallara Opel that won the British GP support race in 1997. Clockwise from top left are: Dino Morelli - 1992 F.Vauxhall Lotus Russell Ingall - 1992 FF Van Diemen FF Festival Jamie Davies - 1994 F.Vauxhall Lotus Marc Hynes, F.Vauxhall Junior champion 1995 Luciano Burti, F.Vauxhall Junior 1996 Vitor Meira, F.Renault Van Diemen 1998 It went down very well.
