Nascar Heat

What is that game that all of you play. I am not into PC games. I am more into Play station. Can you give me some info about that game and how you play with F1 and toring cars and all that? sounds really interesting

I think Nascar Heat is only available for PC, certainly the "mods" are only for PC version.

Essentially Heat was a Nascar game but with configurable physics (i.e. all the car/tyre specs etc. were held in a file which could be edited and recompiled to produce a different handing car). Everything from F1 to Dirt Track cars and dozens more besides has been produced for Heat and many are far superior to other full priced games you might buy. Also there are dozens of add-on tracks and more being produced all the time.

Although somewhat ageing (it's been out 2years+) it's still one of the best sims around (at least many of the mods are) and it has the advantage of running on relatively lo-spec machinery.
