Jean OR HHF???

Quite simple this one. Who's better?? Will HHF propell the Prost to the giddy heights of, say, 14th?? Will Jeaninho show Trulli how it's done (he has the experiance, remeber)?? Or will they fail??

Who is best? Jean or Heinz?? Heinz or Jean?? JEAN OR HEINZ???!!!!! PLACE YOUR BETS...... NOOOOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!!!!!!

What would be very funny is if they were to collide in their first race for their news teams!!!

Now THAT would be news.

Hard to say, untill they've been simultaneously in the same team for two seasons.

I don't think so.

Probably not. Trulli has got a lot of experience in that car.

Probably not. They have come into the team towards the end of the season. So we can't expect them to do much good. So they have to do very bad, before you can say they failed.

If this is your idea of a simple poll,
I sincerely hope I'll never see one of your intricate polls ...

Alesi. Gotta be. On raw talent alone, he could have won at least 2 Championships. He's just never had the right machinery for the job. Just like Barrichello.

Tough question. You should have an "I don't know" option!

Well spotted, Speed.

The 96 Benetton wasn't that bad either, was it?

Neither was the 97 Benetton in which Berger won the German GP...

I voted for Frentzen - okay, so he didn't set the world alight at Williams but at least he had the sense to sign for them in the first place (unlike a certain Mr. Alesi ).

Allow me to rephrase that. He's never had the right machinery and the right contract status at the same time. There, ya happy?

One was fired by his team and had his contract dishonoured. The other fired his team and dishonoured his contract (for all I know that is. If Prost couldn't pay him well...).

I'd like to see them both do well. It looks like Alesi was/is in great form, and Frenzen was off the boil. But this might be the motivation that Frenzen needs. I would pick HHF over Alesi before any wheels are turned in anger, but we'll see.

Alesi will do well because he's so happy to be in a decent car. Frenzy will not do well because he's in a car that is 5 mph faster than a brick.

But neither of them can fail over 5 races. At the very least they have given us a reason to watch after TGF wraps up the WDC at Hungary. And Bernie is swilling champagne and lighting candles tonight because the last five races' TV ratings have been saved.

I cannot choose.

Jean is a true RACER, whilst HHF has the undoubted talent required of a world champion.

As two of my favourites it would be wrong to pick between them.
