Splendid Cat should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Porsche 997 GT3 R

Saw it today at Oulton.

Lovely raucous exhaust note to go with the beefed up looks (a la GT2 spec).

Quick even with (and no personal disrespect) Dave Ashbourne at the wheel - straight out the box.

A GT3 centric field at Spa 24 doesn't seem too bad now.

BTW - the Nissan 350 is a grid-filler this year if ever I've seen one.

The Nissan is running to GT4 regulations and has proved to be a good car in the Fia GT4 championship.

Ashburn was really giving that GT3 R some stick in the second race.

Porsche does look and sound the business. Ashburn (and Cunhill) had two good races today, with David in the second performing excellently.

The Nissan has gone very well in FIA GT4 with RJN, so suspect it's either the team/drivers or the performance balancing, unless it's a significantly older spec than the European Nissans?

I can safely say that the Trackspeed Porker GT3R at Oulton today is simply one of the best looking race car's I have ever seen out on track, it just looks absolutley magnificent and the livery compliments it brilliantly. Some pictures for you're viewing pleasure
