CRC, owner of the Kitten brand, has had some relationship with PMM going back a long time. Presumably this is a step up of that deal.

I find it odd to choose Mr Bayliss when Mr Denyer is still sitting on the sidelines without a gig...

Bayliss is a better story even though Denyer has TV ties. World Superbike champion and GP winner who has already turned a few heads with the few laps he has done so far. Could turn out to be as interesting as Wayne Gardner was when he turned to 4 wheels.

Of course Mr Gardner got much better as the years went on... but the debut year at Bathurst in the Strathfield BFR Commodore seemed to show the team had a button on the dashboard to make the rear end overtake the front... and it was pressed regularly

One wonders why Andy Priaulx is coming all the way out here to steer one of the 'leftover' cars?

I know the Internationals have little experience in cars that are quite unique these days, but for one of the best (if not the best) sedan car drivers in the world to come down here and get lost in the pack seems like abit of a waste....

Maybe he just likes racing in the enduros in something that is different then his BMW, I don't blame him. He really enjoys racing at Bathurst.

Are you suggesting Reynolds and the Bundy holden are rubbish? WP seem to think Reynolds is a mega-star, and it is a car that is more or less similar to that of Tander and Davidson with backing from a major brand, seems like a professional outfit...

I suppose Tiff could pose the question: Holden $ to 888 or increase Holden $ to WP #24 & #10 sufficient to hire gun drivers and bring budgets to HRT level. Which is best for 2 more quick Commodores? But the 4th string car can't be that bad... what use of WP to put their mega-star young gun in second-rate equipment!? The #24 is engineered by former HRT team manager and ex-Skaife engineer isn't it, seems like a solid entry.

You couldn't picture a multiple superbike champ in the car of a backmarker, but that has happened too!

This leaves Mr Wall and Mrs Tander to the second car, the BF

exactly and with no offence intended to Michael while the other 2 arn't full timers and will won't be on Fabian's pace neither will Michael.

IMO that car with Fabian and another decent driver would be a real threat to take the win.

I'd prefer Wall over Patrizi any day. Has Patrizi finished a race this year without driving off the black stuff? If he does it at Bathurst, it's game over. PC either has rocks in his head or knows something we don't...
