Thought they were getting 36 ish cars? Think you can only run 28 in a race at Brands, otherwise I would agree of course rather do two races.

Shame they won't let us join the back of the grid for the snetterton round at Brands

Assume the Brands round is full with reserves going to be busy in qualifying

They used to be al sami, I raced a 16 Valve version a few times in the invitation class about 3 years ago. Should be competitive against a FF Zetec - similar power to weight and tyres. For the same reason, the 16Valve version is also competive in Mono 1800.

The 8 Valve version of the FVJ won't be competitive in F4 and would be better off in Mono 1600 where there are already a couple racing, I think.

Which version do you have?

Having tested yesterday - with the three different wing formats - then the answer is yes 8's are do-able. Very interesting comparision between the three wing types - all feel very different - but one quicker than the other...
