I remember the production car trials at the various tracks that we used, sometimes a few hire cars were taken round and I remember at Arlington someone hit the fence and wrecked the car.
It was towed up the road and shoved in the hedge so it looked like a road crash for the insurance, no crash hats, health n safety !
