It's sound good. It doesn't take much to check the lap times of Tasman, and note that they are really quick around Bathurst!
Hopefully they find a proper driver to put with Bargwanna and not a pay driver though... If they get a proper competitive driver for the second seat in #3, then they would have two real chances of a good result. |

A good publicity stunt on behalf of SGR... but you can't seriously imagine this car being a contender for outright honours. Murph usually goes better at Bathurst than most other tracks, but his form this year has been shocking. The SGR commodores are mid-packers at best, and Skaifey has been out of the saddle for almost year.
When you consider they would have to beat a Triple 8 FG piloted by Lowndes and Whincup (without this sprint tyre crap to hold them back) then it sorts of puts it into perspective about the chances of #51... I am also puzzled as to how they plan to fit the ego's of the two drivers into the garage at the same moment. This is gonna be interesting.... |

I think 1 will be driving while the other is in the garage, unless of course one has a 5 minute penalty, then they can share their ego;s

who ever thought that murphy and Bargwanna would end up in the same team
i think that murphy and Bargwanna could be a winning pair 2008 Sprint Gas Racing 2nd 2007 4 th but under 1 sec. off Whincup |

Ohh the bad memories. Speaking of Murph's ego, he also failed to keep that in check after his 2.06 lap to the standing applause from all along pit wall. Ahh the good memories. |

I have never been a Skaife fan in anyway shape or form , however he went up a few notches for me after last weekends Bathurst race and his interview post race of the difficulties he experienced in the wet session, and the safety car being the reason that a win was out of their grasp.

Oh dear...bit of a misjudgment there! They indeed had #888 pegged (even before the clutch issue) based on better fuel strategy and pace |
