Romeo Ferraris ???

Peugeot Sport ???

Also there are rumors about Nestor Girolami and Colin Turkington, while Andy Priaulx return is in question

Also Catsburg was set to drive Lynk & Co but Hyundai snatched him

with a field likely to be at least two-thirds of professional drivers; something thatís almost unprecedented in a non-manufacturer-based championship.
But manufacturers supported

this one seems already a very interesting line up. I just hope Morbidelli and Giovanardi will be able to find a seat and a decent car next year.

Wow a big shuffle but that's interesting. Catsburg back in WTCR? Now he has a big involvement in WEC with BMW, it seems strange this step back to touring although it's known that the german marque has a lot of capable drivers and I would be really happy to see him back in a competitive car in the World Touring Car series.

Girolami I think he has some contact with Honda. I also hope more involvement by Peugeot and Seat. I read that Oriola struggled with budget this year. Alfa Romeo surely will not invenst anything in the Giulietta unfortunately...

Now they just need to sort out BoP and race on tracks that do the drivers justice.

I'd like Opel to enter a team.

Opel will enter in a championship after 2020. They have to stabilize their financial balance first.

However nothing prevent that they could support a team in WTCR. Let's hope. The car won Adac TCR this year so it's not bad

Factory teams/cars are not allowed in TCR.

If I remember well Romeo Ferraris was not allowed to enter their Alfa in WTCR.

Cyan Racing is developing the Lynk & Co TCR car.

Cyan Racing will enter three cars in WTCR next season.

Why are they allowed?

Because Cyan probably is only a backed team by the Link & Co

Never hide things from hardcore thinkers. They get more aggravated, more provoked by confusion than the most painful truths.

YMR will enter the Chinese cars not Cyan Racing.

I hope to see some fresh italian blood

Ceccon impressed not only for his score in Suzuka. He seems good for touring car.

Giovanardi has recently lamented on facebook various problems on his Giulietta, the same that was apparently afflicted by the same issues in Suzuka in the hands of Ferrara. Reading between the lines, Gio was not happy at all of his car and that provocated the split with his team.

Poor Romeo Ferraris had no backing by Alfa, I think they did a decent job this year with all the semi-official teams present in the championship

Makes sense.

On paper a private team but in reality a factory team.
