Although the gap between 2. and 3. is now 4 points, and it was 3/3/4 last season.
I like it more this way. It's like in BTCC or Supercars it will make championship even more exciting.

Season finale at Sepang, with night race.

I don't think it's good idea to race at Sepang after Macau...
The season seems a bit to long now. Hope that Sepang doesn't come too late in the year. I prefer Macau as penultimate round. Going into Macau to and drive to win the title is not the best thing

again s**t of marrakech and Vila real... and not monza or donington park atleast they understood that 6 cars for a mmanufacture were too much and point system was too much complicated even if i dont like this point system cause it doesn't reward enough who arrive on podium but it advantages those who arrive always in top 15.

Slovakia Ring and Sepang (December 7-8) will be run alongside the EWC, motorbikes endurance. Another strange idea by Ribeiro and Eurosport Events...

Enna-Pergusa? It is Italy (people in Sicily disagree?) and close to Marocco.

This calendar is a pity and unfortunately makes WTCR offputting a bit. Still good that Zandvoort will be in the calendar but instead of Villa Real, Ningbo, Marrakech and Sepang, I would like see something different, that suits touring cars more and makes racing more interesting.

Vila Real, Marrakech and Sepang pay to host WTCR. Ningbo is the home of Volvo's Chinese brother. Come on, come on, listen to the moneytalk.

Bingo.

They don't run at these places for the hell of it.

Pergusa is not even in the TCR Italy calendar, how can it be in the WTCR calendar? Pergusa lacks money since years.

This is what 2018 would have looked like with these points and wildcards not scoring. Muller would have been champion!!!

Muller lead by 13 points into the last race so Tarquini needed a 4th or better to win.

No changes in Teams championship except more one sided. It was wrapped up with 1 race to go.
