Brilliant stuff

Thats the way to do it.What ever happened to the Fleetwoods? Is Adam still trying his hand at circuit racing (last I heard he was doing a couple of Porshe cup rounds at Oulton Park) What about young Todd? Do they still have their O.M.S.?

I talked to Adam at the Chateux. He said they had talked about getting a big car again, but they were a bit twice shy because (and very understandably) of the cost. I seem to recall him saying they might be out in a small car a bit this season.

Thats a real shame. I allways fancied seeing him up against Mr Groves ,Jr, and young Scotty all in comparable machinery. Of course as is allways the case they all seem to peak at different times.

I think Martin & Scott are going to treat us to a ding dong battle of an epic nature all on their own this year. Add to that a fierce stand off for numbers and I think it'll be a classic season.

I am looking forward to not only the Martin & Scott battle but also to watching the progress of Trev's OMS and Junior's Predator.

2007 could be a classic year but I would like to see a some more round winners!

Roll on Barbon Manor!

Oh absolutely. I think as well as Scary & Junior getting stronger as the season progresses, the interesting twist is Durling's extra yard of pace. There are places (Wiscombe, Prescott, maybe Channel Is possibly even Loton or Harewood) where Simon is going to feel wins are there for the taking. I'd imagine that'll light a fire under Rog Moran, making the top less forgone at individual rounds. I just feel that different balance of power vs weight, might be more optimal at a few venues.

If you are right then it may well be consistancy that pays dividends where a string of second places supplemented by the odd win could sneak the title!

Yup. And the best bit is, until some tyre hits tarmac at Loton, I've no idea whether I'm right or wrong. That's what's going to make this season good.

GWJ, as I was asked to put in some news stories to Motorsport News it would be unprofessional of me to then put the same information on the interweb!

Sorry GWJ I have also submitted some news stories to MN about Harewood. Mind you Harewood being a BARC Yorkshire Centre Members only day there were none of the top cars present - John Waggitt didn't have the Gould ready in time.
