pit bull should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Best wishes to :-

I have just heard that Alistair Garrett BRSCC NW (forum name brsccnw) has had a triple bypass op yesterday, three weeks earlier than planned, trust him to get ahead of the que.
I would like to start by wishing him well and a speedy recovery.
Take it easy Alister, hopefully see you soon.

Steve aka Hepatic, had an operation today, to remove whatever wisdom he might have had via his teeth, hope you are well soon mate, shame you won`t be down for the trainning days, see you soon.

Best wishes for a quick recovery Alistair.

And Steve - is the removing of the teeth to ensure there's less obstacles for the beer between entering the mouth and getting to the throat?

Me too .........

(Taken from NHS Direct)
"Following the classical operation, patients are encouraged to get up within a day or two. There will be some pain and discomfort from the breastbone and the skin incision, but this will pass in a week or two. Recovery from minimally invasive surgery is more rapid."

Best wishes to Ali G from Lisa & me

bit of an extreme way of achieving a better beer-swilling coefficient. Anyways, any who was at the Gold Cup last year will know if anything i need to slow my consumption, not increase it!!

(well, of scottish waters of a highly intoxicating nature, at least )

I'm going to try and get a card on my way in to OP tomorrow and I'll ask if it can be left at sign-on for us all to sign for Ali.

Thats a very nice thought, i don`t know if anyone has come up with that idea outside the forum and I`m sure it would be most welcomed even if Alister doesn`t want a fuss made. (he`ll love it really).
