David Higgins British Rally Champion!!

David Higgins won the British Rally Championship after he final round Tempest Rally.

Higgins won the tittle by two points even though he was outscored 119 points to his 108.

Say there was 8 races only 5 would count, therefore it's the best 5 results.

Similar to when Ayrton Senna won the F1 tittle in '88 even though he scored less points.
