9. Brilliant race. Despite not that much actual overtaking, it was thrilling. Edge of the seat stuff from the off.

9.
Note to FIA: Good track + tire war + big difference between tire compounds = good racing. No need for messing about with artificial grid penalties etc. |

I missed all but the last few laps so won't vote.
Given the marks so far I'm gutted I missed it. |

9.
I believe this is the first race I have ever rated above an 8. Fox89, how much overtaking are you expecting from F1 races (especially a dry one!)? I thought there was a quite a bit, plus there were most likely others which were missed. I found it an absolutely excellent race from the beginning until the end. There was close racing, passing, incidents, and general unpredictable uncertainty created by the tyre situation. It was pretty well as good an F1 race as you are ever likely to see, although I must reserve the 10 for the day when the most stupefying race I could ever imagine seeing occurs. |

This one was easy to rate. 9 all the way.
Just shows what sort of racing we can see on a decent track with tires that don't last all that long. Pirelli, take note! |

Easily the best dry race I've seen since I started watching in 2006.

8 from me - was in danger of nodding off for a few laps in the last third, but overall highly entertaining....
Camera coverage sometimes ignored the leaders, but there was a lot going on throughout the field, I guess.... |

8 - a very good race, but not as good as Australia or China this year, or the previous two Canadian GPs

Great race but would have been interesting to have Alonso splitting the McLarens for the last stretch-think we might have seen some fireworks then! 8 from me.

Gave it an 8; definitely the best race of the season.

gave it a 9. best dry race in a good few years for me. I said that about turkey though. but this was on another level. great stuff.
I'm not giving any race a 10 though until the day I see three drivers cross the line seperated by less than a second after various other dramas that we can all describe as 'the ultimate race' |

I went for an 8, but wish I'd gone with 9 now!
Great stuff - quality dicing at the front with great driving standards (amongst the first 5 at least!), interesting battles right through the field, and for the vast majority of the race you were never sure which way the battle would go between any of 5 drivers. There was some good overtaking, but this race really proved that it isn't just the overtaking itself - it the excitement of watching a really charged and finely poised battle between several drivers, all of whom are right on song. Other than Bahrain, and maybe Spain, all the races this year have been top banana. |

On a side note - how did 2 people only give this a 5?! Even a 6 just seems purly cynical.

I think I gave Turkey 8 or 9 and this was at least as good, so I'll say 9 again.

Thinking back to Bahrain it is amazing how quickly people jump to conclusions. Everyone was talking about F1 needed a drastic overhaul, yet we've been blessed three or four great Grands Prix since.

I gave it a 5, mostly because of the backmarkers...but it's part of the show.

Good racing, the result was rather unpredictable up to the end. Some showed true skill, others their ugly faces. |
