The issue is not the technical compliance, rather the compliance with the Concorde agreement.

I'm no legal expert, but this IS an issue.

SAF1 story still continues.
Today, Tokyo District Court decided Aguri Suzuki to pay 1.6 billion yen.
The lawsuit is a loan lawsuit that the brokerage firm in Japan appealed for. It is a lawsuit concerning Super Aguri F1.
