Could Montoya be light on fuel in the aid of gaining positions?

No. The only position he could gain was that of his team mates. The gaps are just too big after the first weather effected qualifying. He did beat his team mate, but kimi made a mistkae in the final sector.

It was obvious that Montoya, Raikonnen and Barrichello would all jump Karthikeyan in this session. He did a pretty good job, considering what he was driving.

Karthikeyan was very slow, but then he was in a Jordan. I doubt Montoya would short fuel it to try and beat him.

Klein on his out lap... (only allowed one post every 30 secs so will cover this lap in one post...

Klein starts with a 0.8sec advantage over David who is currently on P1.

First sector is 0.2 slower than DC, second also slightly slower....

Final sector not good enough... ends P2 behind DC by 0.265

It was a good lap from DC, a big gain over his team mate.

As the gaps are so big after teh first session I doubt anyone is giving 100%.

Jaques up now... starts with 1.3 sec advantage over

Loses 0.4 of that in the 1st sector.... and another 0.2 in the second...

Final sector is just enough... takes P1 by 0.366 form DC

Webber up next
