Pretty sure it is like the 12 hour, a set time start / finish, with no minimum lap number. Weather / SC / Red Flag interruptions are a pot luck thing where you either lose laps or you dont.
Its an 11.15am start with 5:15pm finish end of story, last lap is the last lap started before the clock gets to 5:15pm.
Same story with any timed race from LM24 down.

Edit: Mind you I have no idea what happens in the case of a delayed start for weather etc, whether it would run until 5:15 or the full 6 hours. I guess that would be something dependant on the TV deal with broadcasters having to go to News and stuff.
