I suggest you look harder, it is the site of 2 world championship motorcycle events after all, MotoGP and Superbike.
Electronically, it is included in the game V8Supercars, which is branded differently in different counties depending on your local formula (DTM/whatever)
I just googled "Phillip Island" and the circuit was the first listing!

(The old track, Track closed Easter 1994, being operational since 1967.)

I doubt you will find it on Google Earth. I've just done a quick look and came up with this:

http://www.etracksonline.co.uk/Austr...d/baypark.html

I'm sure if you dig around enough you'll turn up something.

The best source you'll find for Baypark is to get the 1981 NZ film "Smash Palace". As part of the story they put an on board camera on steve millens formula atlantic car for a formula pacific race there. The footage is highly detailed and of a high quality. I'd highly recommend the film for that alone.

As an aside there is also a great scene where Millen drives the FA car on an open 2 lane highway at up to 160 mph and then dirttracks the car escaping from the police.
