The series won't last that long if they don't come up with a long term business plan. Just carrying my thinking from the other thread to here.

The 'Unicorn' Solution
It is a good plan, to put all the cars on new tyres all the time, in every session, in every practice, in every qualifying and in every race... and the times will be representative of the genuine speed....

Sustainable is the new buzzword in ecological terms, so here it's been used to mean the opposite. New tyres all the time means more tyres to be got rid of. Ones which still have life left in them.

Not a massive drama. Here in the UK there is a chap who sells tyres, discs and pads from BTCC and he does a roaring trade with the track day crowd.

Presumably that works differently from the guy at the Donington GP who got hold of a can of Ferrari Agip fuel and put it in his XR3. Apparently the RAC were impressed it managed nearly 20 miles before melting the engine!
