Crashing a single seater - was fun... paying for it wasn't!!

Highlight of the year.. so many sauch a mad year, new cars, new races, new bird, new job.

Actually the bit I most enjoyed was driving a course car on the Rally of Kent in March.

Alan Green should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Best Brit moment 1 - Guy Smith driving the Bentley across the line at Le Mans.

Best Brit moment 2 - Dan Wheldon in the IRL, great rookie performance.

Best rally moment - Petter Solberg in Cardiff, top bloke to chat to and well deserved championship.

Best F1 moment - The British GP - All of it, proving that drivers can actually drive occasionally, rather than just point the car in the right direction.

Best up close moment - Yvan Muller's pass on Matt Neal into Clervaux at Croft. Line him up on the insde, flick to the other side and drag your way round to the lead, great move. Great view from the marshas post!

Has that been confirmed? Bedgebury is just down the road from me so that's dead easy to get to (I'm assuming that it'll be run over the same stages as normal).

G Tanner should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
1. Shelsleys August Meeting
2. A dry season for me
3. All Combe FF1600 races

Strangest sight was seeing 3 times F1 World Champion Nelson Piquet standing on a chair in the middle of Combes Tavern to do the Marshals Draw.
