Busch Series opening for Marcos next year?
I posted this at another forum and no one seems to know, has anyone read this and what do you make of it?
http://www.woodbrothersjtg.com/displ...p=4&pp=0&i=140 With Jon Wood moving to Nextel next year, is Schrader retiring, stepping back to Busch or will the team field 2 Nextel Cars? If a seat in Busch becomes available, results so far would suggest Marcos would get the spot if a Truck driver was to be elevated. Does anyone know if there will be 2 Nextel cars next year?? or if Schrader will step back?? |

I hope Marcos does get a chance, he has been having good runs, a bit more time and he should have no problem moving into the busch series. Then we will see what he has got.

There may be a seat available for Marcos in Busch but wether he fills it or WBR get a known is yet to be seen.
If Marcos can improve the race results by the end of the year (especially short courses) he could be racing Busch in 07. |

I haven't been following Ambrose in the US, always interested in seeing how Aussie guys go overseas. How is he doing? I heard he got a podium?

Results would be good, but I'm not sure at this stage they are the be all and end all. As long as he demonstrates he's learning and improving, with the odd show of real speed (as he's done already) the move up to Busch would seem logical. The step after that is a different story ...
