In an interview with preeminent german car magazine Auto Motor und Sport, a VW honcho (whose name escapes me for the moment) reports that "With Bugatti, we move closer to the the area of Formula 1" when asked if this ment becomming a team partner, he suggested that it would be "in the interests of the concern, but probably a ways off" WOW!!!
My guess would be, that VW buys Prost, and in a couple of years, we're gonna be seeing french racing blue Bugattis on the grid!!!! |

Different kind of "Bug", guys. (I've got a Golf and a Passat)
If VW really is serious about eventually joining F1, Bugatti is the perfect choice. As they attempt to revive the Marque, the mileu of Grand Prix racing is the surest way to forge a link with the distant past, just as VW is using Le Mans to resuscitate the image of Bentley and Audi/Auto Union. Check out the link to the official Bugatti Website below, its a beautiful site and the cars are cracking good too. http://www.bugatti-cars.de/ |

VW own :
VW Audi SEAT Skoda Bentley Lamborghini & Bugatti So there's a chance you could have Skoda F1, remeber they used to have a range of rear engined road cars, a bit of development, who knows ?? |
